Direct Access
UX design with accessibility in mind

The Challenge

Direct Access provide accessibility solutions for businesses whose facilities are inadequate when catering to people with disabilities. Their site needed to be designed with accessibility in mind, as their target audience are largely people who have disabilities themselves.

The Solution

The final site was designed to reduce as much friction as possible, utilising large text and a clear structure while using a distinct palette to differentiate between content sections. The site additionally offers audio solutions and contrast control for those whose hearing and vision might be impaired.
